Job Description:

  • Actively participate in the design, execution and analysis of chemistry experiments and research projects.
  • Drive the development of new chemical compounds, materials, and processes in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor laboratory staff, providing guidance on experimental techniques, data analysis, and project management.
  • Contribute to the management of laboratory resources, including equipment, supplies and facilities, to ensure efficient and safe operations.

  • Maintain compliance with laboratory safety protocols, regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Oversee multiple research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.

  • Prepare and present project updates, technical reports and research findings to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize laboratory processes, enhance research methodologies, and streamline workflow.



What we believe will set you up for success:
  • You hold a Ph.D in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Significant experience(5+ years) in scientific research and development, with proven track record of running projects in a laboratory setting.

  • Expertise in experimental design, chemical synthesis and analytical techniques.

  • Excellent project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to present complex scientific concepts to divers audiences.

  • Relevant certification in laboratory safety and management (preferred).

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and passion for scientific discovery.

  • Meticulous attention to detail in experimental design, data analysis and documentation.

  • Team-orientated with a collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing.
