Employment Type:Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday - Fixed Nights orRotating shifts (days/nights)
What's on Offer:Competitive hourly rate - 13.59 - 15.09 p/h + Monthly attendance bonus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery according to safety standards.
- Setting and adjusting machine controls, including start-up and shutdown.
- Performing maintenance and ensuring cleanliness of the work area.
- Regular quality checks and quick resolution of issues.
- Keeping the workspace organised.
Key Qualities:
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Initiative-driven and self-motivated.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage time efficiently.
Experience in a similar field is preferred but not essential.
The position includes manual tasks and may involve heavy lifting.
