We are looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Assistant to join on an Interim Contract basis for 6 months.

£27,000 - £30,000 + Hybrid working + Competitive benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
  • On boarding new suppliers
  • Completing credit checks
  • Raising payments
  • Processing and reconciling expenses, credit card payments
  • Manage the accounts payable ledger - Taking accountability end to end process
  • Assist with month-end activities
  • Additional ad-hoc finance duties to assist the wider team

Person specification:

  • Previous experience in managing an AP ledger - End to end
  • Experience in dealing with multi-entities - Desirable
  • Excellent people skills - Character who enjoys interacting & communicating with people at all levels
  • Confident using Excel - Pivots, VLOOKups
  • A pro-active, resilient attitude
  • The ability to work off own initiative but also a brilliant team player
  • A willingness to learn
  • The ability to handle a fast paced environment & change
