Hays are working with an organisation in Bristol who are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant on a temporary basis. This role is expected to last 3 months. Pay for the role is £13-13.50 per hour + holiday. Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Duties include:
- Input invoices into the system, matching against PO notes and querying any discrepancies
- Completing credit checks
- Account reconciliations
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Support month-end processes
You:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excel knowledge - Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Self-motivated and hardworking
