As a bookkeeper, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, providing them with reliable financial support.Main DutiesMaintain and update financial records for multiple clients using accounting software.Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of accounts.Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Handle payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deductions, and ensuring timely payments.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and best practices.Qualifications and Experience:Previous experience in bookkeeping is essential.Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, practices, and regulations.Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).Experience in payroll processing and VAT returns.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.If you are interested in applying for the Bookkeeping role then please click APPLY
