Ambition are assisting a leading international law firm with their recruitment for an experienced Legal Cashier. This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working and a competitive salary, along with the opportunity to join a growing team in Bristol.

As part of the Cashiering team the Legal Cashier will manage client monies, process bill receipts, handle disbursements, and ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules and AML regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and pay out client monies
  • Process bill receipts and disbursements
  • Manage third-party invoice payments
  • Perform sanctions checks and calculate client account interest
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve residual balances
  • Generate daily bank system downloads and balances
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations

  • Knowledge of Aderant Expert and SAR's is a plus
