Working for a successful Bristol-based Marketing agency, we have an opportunity for an inspiring Strategy Lead to lead the growth of the agency’s clients, build on service offerings, and play a key role in developing their talented team. As a passionate advocate for user experience, you’ll be a key player in driving growth and developing strategic solutions across both their UX and strategy teams.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on connecting technology and human-centered design, to build on their brand and culture offering with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to push creative boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the development and implementation of winning strategic plans for clients.
- Building strong senior client relationships and acting as their trusted advisor, guiding them through complex business decisions and ensuring that their experiences are designed and aligned with their overall business objectives.
- Leading new business pitches and onboarding new clients seamlessly.
- Driving innovation considering all technology and?transformation trends.
- Fostering a culture of creativity, while leading a team of Strategy and UX leads and collaborate closely with design and technology teams.
- Mentoring and developing the team.
- Spearheading strategic initiatives to drive growth through the development and implementation?of new ideas, products and strategic methodologies - to grow their digital offering and?strengthen brand and culture - and drive awards for our clients and raise awareness of the agency brand.
- Playing a key role in shaping the future of the agency and contributing to our continued growth.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a strategic growth role within an agency environment, preferably digital and brand.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring team members.
- A strong understanding of the B2B market and the challenges facing their target clients in a range of industries.
- Enthusiasm for joining an independent agency with an impressive client portfolio.
- A desire to make an impact through an active role in speaking, thought leadership, and networking.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bristol 4 days per week and travel to client locations as needed.
