Programme Manager

We are seeking a Programme Manager to take ownership of a comprehensive organisational rebrand, encompassing everything from digital presence to physical assets. This role involves leading a multi-functional programme, reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly in rebranding and website development.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee the delivery of a programme of interdependent projects including the development of a new website, the creation of a new brand, and the execution of a high-profile launch event.
  • Collaborate closely with external agencies for website and brand development, ensuring seamless integration and migration with IT systems.
  • Lead a cross-functional Special Projects Team, ensuring effective coordination and communication across commercial, procurement, estates, IT, engineering, and marketing departments.
  • Manage the rollout of the new brand across all digital and physical assets, from online platforms to physical locations and workwear.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Marketing and External Comms to align the external communication strategies with the rebranding efforts.
  • Work alongside the HR team to implement an internal communications campaign that supports the rebranding initiative.
  • Ensure the programme is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the high standards expected.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading complex, multi-functional programmes to time, cost, and quality.
  • Successful track record in the delivery of rebranding and/or website projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent understanding of the innovation landscape, including stakeholders and funding mechanisms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with a flair for strategic planning and critical thinking.
