Your new company are a large national main contractor, with a turnover of over 1B per annum. They are one of the largest privately owned business left within the UK construction market.
My client have recently opened a Bristol office and are therefore looking to recruit, due tomultiple successful tenders.
This role is specifically aimed at a new build Student Accommodation project in central Bristol, where my client are looking to secure a SQS / Commercial Lead to head up the job, whilst reporting into a Commercial Manager.
The ideal individual for the role with have longevity and extensive experience with Tier 1 maincontractors.
