We are seeking a full-time caretaker for a vibrant school community, working Monday to Friday.
Candidates should have prior experience in an educational setting and proven experience in caretaker or facilities management roles.

We are looking for an enthusiastic caretaker for one of the lively, friendly, and caring school communities on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday, in which innovative teaching is underpinned by strong shared values and complemented by outstanding pastoral care. Daily tasks include:

Keeping the school's grounds and facilities in good condition.
Make minor repairs and hire contractors for more significant ones.
Open and close the school while maintaining security.
Oversee the cleaning crew.
General porterage tasks.

Requirements for the application:

Prior experience working in an educational setting.
Proven experience in a caretaker, facilities management, or similar role.
Knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical maintenance.
A strong understanding of health and safety practices.
A commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for children.
The ability to work in the United Kingdom.
An enhanced DBS disclosure or willingness to apply one.
Must provide 2 professional references.
