Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for an Warehouse Cleaner for one of our prestigious clients based in Bristol.
This is a temporary position, however there may be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Clean and disinfect common areas, including break rooms, restrooms, and locker rooms.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, equipment, and shelves to maintain hygiene standards.
- Empty trash bins, recycling containers, and dispose of waste according to company policies.
- Properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials or spills in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate cleaning machines, such as floor scrubbers or industrial vacuums, and ensure they are maintained in good working condition.
- Notify supervisors of any repairs or replacements required for cleaning equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report safety hazards, such as spills, damaged equipment, or unsafe working conditions.
- Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are stored properly and used according to safety instructions.
- Assist with setting up or cleaning after warehouse events or maintenance activities.
- Support other warehouse staff with cleaning-related tasks as needed.
- Maintain a checklist of completed cleaning tasks and report to supervisors.
- Monday - Friday roles, working 35 hours a week.
- Either 05:00AM- 11:00AM or 17:00PM-23:00PM.
