Damp & Mould Surveyor

TristoneNash are working with a provider of affordable housing, who are looking to recruit a Damp & Mould Surveyor on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

• Focusing on damp and mould projects
• Managing the day-to-day scoping of works and offering technical support.
• Surveying customer homes and communal spaces
• Manage issues and queries that may arise
• Working on preparation of plans, pre-build meetings, pathology testing and working with sub-contractors.

To apply for this position, we are looking for:

• A Formal Building qualification such as a RICs accredited course, BSC, HNC or HND. Experience of working with asset management, leasehold, response repairs, empty homes and programmed works
• A proven track record for delivering/managing multiple technical building projects.
• Good working knowledge of Health and safety regulations and good practices inclusive of Construction design management.
• A working knowledge of Schedule of Rates.
• Experience of identifying Asbestos.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
