Business Analyst
Location: Bristol
Hybrid: 3 days onsite (2 days remote)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
FTC: 12 Month
An exciting opportunity has just landed with a leading UK Accommodation Provider for a new Business Analyst role!
The Business Analyst will play a fundamental role in contributing to company objectives, including People, Processes, and Technology, paving the way for impactful business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Gain deep insight into company People, Processes, and Technology, ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables across projects/initiatives
- Map end-to-end business processes and identify efficiency opportunities
- Lead discovery and improvement workshops
- Build compelling business cases to detail efficiency benefits realisation
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, providing regular updates and addressing concerns with all project, business and IT stakeholders
- Design and support user testing and acceptance criteria, facilitating the adoption of implemented solutions
Key Experiences:
- Extensive experience in business process designs and facilitation
- Business Process Modelling experience in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Good analytical and evaluative skills
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Oracle and Salesforce experience.
- Familiarity with SaaS based platforms.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).
- Familiarity with PBSA.
- Project management skill to deliver quality deliverables and provide regular updates/reports to management
