Tate are working with a local authority based in Bristol in their search for Business Analysts to work on an Adult Social Care Programme.

The Transformation Programme seeks to deliver outcomes around Community, Prevention and Digitalisation within Bristol. The programme continues to identify opportunities to improve Adult Care provider services and evaluate in detail each opportunity and scope the requirements for each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Project Manager and subject matter experts from the service areas concerned to achieve the Project's goals.
  • Identify and undertake all necessary business analysis tasks including gaining a solid understanding of current processes and pain points, developing 'to be' processes, user needs analysis and requirements.
  • Document and communicate your findings and ideas to the project team, service, and other stakeholders.
  • Work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Shaping and evaluating options as part of business case development.

Skills / experience:

  • Adult social care experience is essential
  • High level of facilitation and communication skills
  • Process design & redesign experience
  • Experience of developing new and existing processes, ideally in a local authority context
  • Ability to identify and support benefits tracking
  • The drive to proactively and continuously problem - solve and work creatively to maximise the effectiveness of the Services they deliver
