Are you passionate about financial planning?Our client, a leading specialist in investment management and financial planning, is looking for a Paraplanner to join their team. This role would suit someone with some paraplanner experience who is looking to develop their career in a collaborative work environment.About the role:

  • Undertake client risk assessments and research
  • Prepare suitability letter and recommendation reports for a range of products
  • Assist with planning, including income planning, IHT and tax calculations
  • Undertake calculations including pensions carry forward, tapered annual allowances and income tax
  • Manage project work and time sensitive client communications
  • Work with the wider team to provide excellent client service

About you:

  • CII PFS Diploma qualified, with experience as a Paraplanner
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills (minimum GCSE grades A-C/5-9 in Maths and English)
  • Strong computer skills, including competency in Word, Excel, and client record/database systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation, and time management skills
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
