Summary of Role:Our Client is looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their Insurance Pricing Team on a permanent basis. In this hybrid role, you will work from the Bristol office 1-2 days per week. As a key player in the insurance pricing function, you'll provide critical data analysis to support pricing decisions, ensuring profitability and growth in the personal lines insurance market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analyses of insurance data to understand trading performance drivers.
  • Identify opportunities for pricing changes to optimise business and customer value.
  • Develop and maintain projections of future performance, providing solutions to meet targets.
  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to answer strategic business questions.
  • Present pricing insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborate with and mentor other team members on key pricing initiatives.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to draw insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to simplify complex data for actionable business recommendations.
  • A-Level Maths (Grade A or above).
