JOB- Quality Engineer LOCATION – BristolTERM- PermanentSALARY- £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in Bristol. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative environment, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001, and will play a key role in supporting and improving our quality processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience of various quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, Lean manufacturing, auditing etc)
  • Knowledge of QMS, either ISO9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve quality management system documentation and procedures.
  • Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a Quality Engineer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and auditing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ISO 9001 internal or lead auditor certification (preferred but not essential).
