Join Our Team! Sopra Steria is a leader in consulting, digital services, and software development, providing end-to-end solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for large organisations.

We are looking for a leader with expertise in Defence and Secure clients to drive growth, win business, and develop our consulting business in areas such as applications, cloud, and infrastructure transformation. This role also involves billable work, reflecting our commitment to close client collaboration.

This role is hybrid working, with some travel to our UK offices and client sites, when required.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify, develop, and capture consulting opportunities, helping clients re-imagine the future and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Deliver transformational consulting projects for Aerospace, Defence, Secure, and Public Safety clients.
  • Highlight practical opportunities for technology exploitation, bridging business outcomes with people, process, data, and technology.
  • Define method statements, benefits, approaches, implementation plans, and communication materials to support winning and delivering work.
  • Build a robust pipeline of consulting opportunities and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven Business Development experience.
  • Clearance: Current MoD DV (eDV desirable).
  • Experience in Technology consulting and IT transformation with extensive client-facing consulting experience.
  • Consulting background within Defence Sector.
