You will be

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for multiline mid-major clients, ensuring client retention and satisfaction
  • Develop strategic benefit programs based on client needs and manage renewals and market reviews in advance
  • Resolve service disruptions and collaborate with carriers to implement solutions
  • Support insurer relationship development and ensure full compliance with internal controls
  • Provide senior-level oversight for consultants and analysts, and assist with team leadership by handling delegated tasks from the Team Manager

Your skills and qualifications

  • CII qualification with a proven history of successful stakeholder management
  • Extensive experience in UK large corporate benefit broking/consulting
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Commercially driven with a focus on delivering value-added services
