Reporting into the Group HRD based in London this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to own and implement a hugely engaging and impactful people strategy.
Naturally you will have flexibility to work in a hybrid way, with 3 or 4 days from home if desired.
Working within the Senior HR Leadership team and as a key member of the UK management team for 2 key business groups you will play a key role in this significant development programme, defining new operating structures and supporting the HR Director in delivering change. This is not a day to day standard BP role. Some key accountabilities will include:
