  • Proven experience in strategic business and operating model design
  • Background in financial services, ideally in wealth or insurance (Life and Pensions)
  • Curious and unafraid to ask basic questions
  • Strong strategic thinker with analytical skills
  • Can dive into details when needed and simplify complex information
  • Commercially savvy, able to explain the financial impact of decisions
  • Skilled in managing stakeholders and confident in influencing senior executives
