We seek experienced Business consultants within the protection and health insurance sector to join the team to drive business with IFA's and mortgage and protection firms across the south and south west of UK. The role:
Build strong relationships with brokers, promote their innovative products, and help shape the future of health and life insurance. Competitive rewards, OTE can be above £100k per annum career growth, and the chance to be part of a purpose-driven brand. You will be allocated an established panel of trading firms to support you. Key Responsibilities: Work with Independent Financial Adviser firms (IFAs), mortgage and protection firms in the South and South West of the UK. Help business consultants provide administrative and operational support to these firms. Help brokers and companies succeed by building professional relationships and supporting their sales efforts You will receive support with sales and relationship building and operational support with administration and B_B support with an allocated panel!
The candidate- the successful candidate will have Strong communication (both written and verbal). Adaptability and ability to work collaboratively ability to prioritize work, take ownership, and be customer-focused and computer literate.
Attributes: Positive attitude, people skills, pro-active approach, belief in the products you're promoting, and sales skills. Earnings and Benefits:
Rewards,Base Salary: £24,000, negotiable based on experience. Bonuses: OTE inc Monthly and quarterly bonuses, performance bonuses, company share scheme and agreed expenses can be in excess of £100k after 3 years ..
