Our client, operating within the apprenticeships sector, is currently seeking an innovative, approachable Team Leader EPA to join their team on a fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering aspirational assessments with integrity, approachability, and resourcefulness
  • Working with apprentices and their employers to plan, carry out, and report on End Point Assessments
  • Making fair and independent assessment judgments against the standard's grading criteria
  • Maintaining accurate and timely administration
  • Keeping sector knowledge up to date
  • Providing support to team members and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Utilising MS Office and other IT systems (training provided for EPAPro)
  • Balancing field visits with home-based work within the sector you specialise in
Job Requirements:
  • Experience of working within a Team Leader or Management role
  • Possession of an Assessor Award
  • Proven passion for the apprenticeship sector and hands-on experience as an EPA
  • Proficient in MS Office and other IT systems (EPAPro training provided)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
