Introduction

Are you a paraplanner with at least one year of experience and a Level 4 diploma in financial advice through CII, CISI, or LIBF? If you're looking for the freedom to work where you want, when you want, and for as long as you choose, all while earning serious income by running your own outsourced paraplanning business, this opportunity is for you. Take control of your career

The business

This opportunity is with Finlink, a financial services support specialist involved in permanent recruitment, lead generation, and outsourced paraplanning. Historically, we provided paraplanning directly, but since 2022, we've transitioned to partnering with paraplanners in a business-to-business relationship. We actively reach out to financial advisory businesses daily, identifying their challenges and providing tailored support. We bring our partners paraplanning opportunities, enabling them to focus on their expertise while we handle client acquisition. Due to increasing demand, we're looking to expand our network of partners, who will hold the relationship with new clients and contract directly with them.

The opportunity

This opportunity allows you to be your own boss, running your own limited company with complete control over your working hours. Whether you want to work part-time or full-time, you can choose the amount of hours that suits your lifestyle. You’ll have the peace of mind knowing that Finlink will introduce clients to you, supporting you throughout the process. While you have the flexibility to set your own schedule, we find that most paraplanners who work with us typically choose to work between 3-5 days per week, giving them the balance they desire.

Benefits

The benefits of this opportunity are outstanding:

  • Be your own boss, with the freedom to choose when, where in the UK, and with whom you work.
  • We have financial advisory clients ready and waiting for you, and we’ll help you acquire even more. Once signed up, clients work directly with you.
  • Earn significant income based on how much time you choose to dedicate, with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time.
  • Our fees are highly competitive, with a maximum percentage of just 15% charged on the work you complete for clients introduced via us.

Requirements for this opportunity:

  • You must hold a Level 4 diploma in financial advice (CII, CISI, or LIBF).
  • Have at least one year of experience in paraplanning.
  • Be serious about running your own business and taking control of your career.
  • This is not a short-term venture; we are looking for individuals with a longer-term commitment to building a successful paraplanning business.
