This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and play a crucial role in ensuring supplier compliance and maintaining high-quality standards. About the Role: As a Quality and Compliance Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing the supplier compliance process, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party partners to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct supplier audits and warehouse spot checks to ensure compliance.
  • Manage supplier onboarding, verification, and maintain accurate data records.
  • Handle third-party complaints, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform product testing, manage external testing, and maintain compliance records.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to ensure quality control.
  • Develop and improve in-house testing methods aligned with industry regulations.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to compliance and supply chain teams.

What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in supplier compliance, quality assurance, or auditing within the manufacturing sector. - Strong attention to detail and a proactive, analytical approach. - Ability to manage supplier relationships and work cross-functionally with internal teams. - Experience with ISO standards and auditing processes. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve compliance issues. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track compliance trends.
