Business Development Executive (Insurance)

Our client’s office is based in Bristol, and they have been recognised for their commitment to client service by being awarded the prestigious Chartered Status by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)- this is the industry’s gold standard for firms of Insurance Brokers.

As a business, they ensure that their clients receive the very best advice and customer service on a wide range of insurance products- acting for over 8,000 corporate, commercial, and personal clients throughout the UK. As an employer, they provide their staff with a fun and lively working environment whilst also encouraging and developing them through their insurance careers.

They are currently looking to hire a motivated and ambitious individual to join their sales team.

You will be tasked with making contact with potential clients via the telephone, correspondence, email, and other electronic means to promote this brokers services in order to obtain client authority forms for future negotiations and record outcomes using I.T. skills as well as supporting Brokers with potential new clients from the above actions and record this using I.T. skills

No previous insurance experience is needed but you must have good communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manor, strong organisation skills and the interest in developing your skillset and career.

Starting basic salary on offer is £22,500-£24,000, with bonuses (OTE £25,500-27k)
