About the Role

We are seeking a CRM System Executive to take ownership of our CRM system, ensuring its smooth operation and continuous development. The CRM system is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and is integrated with advanced tools such as Introhive (an ERM system), a finance system (3E), and marketing and events platforms (Vuture and Zoom Webinar).

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for CRM systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to support data-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

CRM System Management

  • Maintain the accuracy of the database by adding, editing, and cleansing data.

  • Process change requests efficiently and accurately.

  • Conduct internet research to verify and enhance contact and organisation data.

  • Streamline CRM processes and automate tasks where possible.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.

CRM System Development

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the CRM system roadmap.

  • Engage with key stakeholders to identify future requirements.

  • Learn CRM development skills to support system enhancements.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyse CRM data to support client acquisition, retention, and development.

  • Create and manage insightful data reports and dashboards.

BD & Marketing Support

  • Assist with marketing list creation and management.

  • Provide CRM system support for email marketing and events.

  • Help analyse engagement and ROI from marketing campaigns.

Collaboration and Support

  • Work effectively with internal teams on data projects.

  • Provide CRM system training and support to colleagues.

  • Manage the CRM system email inbox and respond to user queries.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for CRM systems within a professional services environment.

  • 2+ years of experience working with a CRM system or marketing database.

  • Experience with ERM systems (e.g., Introhive) and marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture) is advantageous.

  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP formulae.

  • Experience in data management and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
