  • Develop and implement business development plans
  • Advise senior stakeholders on marketing strategies to grow existing and new work streams
  • Manage business development budgets
  • Project manage marketing and business development campaigns from concept to execution
  • Build strong relationships with clients, referrers, and prospects through networking and events
  • Guide and support team members in the marketing and business development team
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure marketing efforts align with industry trends
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure best practices for data management and GDPR compliance

About you:

  • Experience in marketing and business development, ideally in professional services
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing business development initiatives
  • Strong project management and account management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, commercial, and strategic approach to marketing and business development
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
