Title - Business Change ManagerLocation: Bristol - Hybrid working on offer, in office 2-3 days a weekJob Type: Full-time - 12-month fixed term contractSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 with 10% annual bonusWe are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our multi-year transformation programme. This role is ideal for a professional who is adept at implementing changes related to processes, technologies, structures, or culture and is passionate about driving continuous growth and development within our organisation.Day to Day of the role:

  • Support and lead the change workstream across multiple complex projects.
  • Collaborate with the Change Management Lead to develop and implement the Change Strategy and plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish change management methodologies, define the change toolkit, templates, and ways of working to consistently deliver change initiatives.
  • Integrate change plans with project management, considering the impact on people, processes, and systems from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive communication plans at both Programme and Project levels to articulate the reasons for change, expected benefits, and impact on individuals and teams.
  • Engage with key stakeholders affected by the change and conduct detailed Change Impact Assessments.
  • Partner with the Learning team to assess skill gaps resulting from the change and develop training programs to address them.
  • Define and manage stakeholder mapping and engagement, ensuring senior leadership support for the deployment and adoption of change.
  • Establish metrics to monitor the progress and success of change initiatives.
  • Define and develop a change network to embed effective change principles.
  • Ensure smooth handover from Programme/Project deliverables into BAU and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the change calendar and manage change saturation and fatigue.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Experience in technology-led/enabled change (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, PMS solutions, etc.).
  • Proven track record of designing, planning, and delivering end-to-end change workstreams in complex organisations.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG) is ideal.
  • Empathetic understanding of individuals and teams affected by change.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathise.
  • Influential communication skills to align teams with common goals.
  • Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to manage and navigate ambiguity.
