Delighted to be working with a global company based in Bristol that is looking to hire an HR Technology Analyst on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting time to join the business as they have recently implemented Workday HCM and are looking to develop this technology and leverage its applications further. Sitting within an HR Technology team this position will act as the first point of contact for employees to ensure that queries and technical issues are being resolved and escalated where necessary. As part of the continuous improvement of the system the role will also be involved with change management alongside any reporting and knowledge sharing.

Previous experience with HR technical support is required alongside strong communication skills and a customer first approach. While Workday experience is highly desirable, an understanding of other cloud HR applications such as Oracle Cloud or Successfactors would also be considered. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users! This role is based in central Bristol. The company operates a hybrid model and you would be expected to be in the office for 50% of the week.
