We are actively looking to recruit an experienced wealth planning paraplanner for one of our clients based in Bristol. We have worked with this firm for nearly a decade and we have we have seen them grow both organically and via the acquisition of local financial planning businesses. During that that time and have placed a significant number of people with them. As an employer, they are renowned for providing structured training and support to their staff and can offer the added security that comes from working with a larger organisation. Due to an increase in business, they are now looking for an additional Paraplanning support for the Advisers within their Bristol office.

In this role, experience is more important than exams so you do not need to be diploma qualified to apply for this role, but they will provide full study support if you wish to do so. This particular Paraplanner role will be to support the Senior Adviser within the office, providing full end to end Paraplanning support, from the initial first meeting client pack, through to completing bespoke suitability reports post meetings. The business prides itself on providing non jargon-based advice and building long term and meaningful relationships with their clients and you will be encouraged to take an active part in this process. You will be attending client meetings where possible, and you’ll conduct detailed product reviews and be making recommendations of advice to the Adviser. In the long run, the role can take you in two distinct directions: you either becoming a highly technical Chartered Paraplanner or eventually moving into an Adviser role at a point in the future. If you are looking for a firm that genuinely supports its staff and always strives to act in the clients’ best interests, then this would be an excellent new move for you. Whilst you will be expected to have a background in wealth management administration or paraplanning previously, full on the job training will be provided and you will get to work with friendly and close knit team of people.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to have circa 18months of relevant Paraplanning of wealth planning administration experience.
