Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed business targets.
Lead and manage the following through the Branch Directors
Client retention and renewal
New business pipeline management
Prospecting and identifying new opportunities
Continuous improvement of branch operations and customer service
Activity planning and management
Recruitment, management, and development of colleagues
Skills & Experience:
- Significant experience in a sales-driven intermediary environment (e.g., General Insurance).
- Proven track record of successful new business generation and account management.
- Strong knowledge of the UK general insurance market and ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- An understanding of the compliance regime from both a technical and operational perspective.
- A strong grasp of business processes, including financial management, strategy, and forward planning for both your own and clients' organisations.
