The Role
As Deputy General Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to:
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction across all areas of the hotel.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department managers to achieve their goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations ensuring seamless service.
- Develop strategies to maximize revenue and optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Foster a positive, guest-focused culture among all team members.

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry (preferably in a multi-faceted environment serving both corporate and leisure guests).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial acumen, operations, and customer service excellence.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven setting.
- A hands-on approach, with a passion for leading by example.
- Experience within a 200 plus bedroomed hotel
