This company have shy of 30 employees, and are growing, they are owned by a globally renowned manufacturing group but still operate as there own entity, this role will have full autonomy over the internal business operations such as people management and quality and will give a great deal of future opportunity to Managing Director.

This role will suit someone with leadership experience within a Technical or Engineering sector looking to have a great deal of autonomy, recognition and the ability to progress your career.

The Role:
*Directly and indirectly responsible for 28 employees (but this will increase with growth)
*Opportunity to progress your Career to Managing Director
* commutable from Commutable from Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, Bath, Gloucester, Newport and Surrounding Areas

The Person:
*Previous experience in a leadership role
*Background within some Technical, Engineering or Manufacturing industry
