We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic General Manager to lead a busy multi-faceted Leisure Venue in the South Gloucestershire area. This is a busy, thriving leisure venue and this a fantastic opportunity to lead teams, achieve outstanding results, and positively impact the lives of others.We’re looking for a knowledgeable leisure manager who is adept at managing multi revenue streams and keen to drive the business forward.  Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe environment, conducting risk assessments and ensuring staff meet training requirements.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety standards and reduce incidents through proactive measures.
  • Achieve income and expenditure targets by leading sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
  • Ensure operational excellence, balancing leadership with hands-on engagement during peak times.
  • Maintain high standards for supporter experience, facility maintenance, and financial processes.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on staff development and wellbeing.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
Salary: Up to 33K + Bonus
