The Role/Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of six customer service representatives, managing inbound inquiries with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Drive performance by setting and monitoring key service metrics, resolving escalations, optimizing workflows, and implementing training programs to enhance team capabilities. Analyze customer data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions, ensuring continuous service improvement and sustained customer loyalty.
As the business expands, lead team growth initiatives to scale operations effectively.
