Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking property lettings company, with the appointment of a Head of Business Support to join their team. 2025 is going to be an incredibly exciting for them, with so many plans already on the horizon, making this the perfect time to join!

The Head of Business Support plays a strategic and operational leadership role. This individual ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused administrative services. Working closely with the Head of Service Delivery, this role oversees administration, compliance, and client accounting functions while fostering a culture of professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, conduct performance reviews, support recruitment, and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Administration: Ensure the efficient progression of tenancies, oversee property marketing, and supervise tenancy agreements and compliance documentation.
  • Compliance Management: Stay updated on lettings legislation, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to legal standards such as health and safety and landlord-tenant law. Deliver regular performance reports, identify risks, and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives.
  • Client Operations: Oversee accurate and timely rent collection, deposit management, and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Handle complaints and disputes with professionalism, resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and promote a culture of innovation and purpose-driven work.

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in residential lettings, compliance, or similar fields.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proven expertise in team management, coaching, and process optimisation.
  • A strong advocate for change and deeply committed to leveraging digital innovation.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including property management software and Microsoft Office.
