Cobalt is delighted to be partnering with a well-known property consultancy company as they seek to hire a Regional Facilities Manager for a portfolio of retail properties in and around Bristol.

Our client, a well-established client-side brand, has seen a period of sustained growth alongside ambitious growth plans for the years to come. You will be given the support that you need in order to effectively manage your portfolio while working for a well-established business.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Conducting regular site visits and inspections, around your diary (except in cases of emergencies)

  • Setting and managing service charge budgets;

  • Managing planned and reactive maintenance works to building plant and fabric;

  • Overseeing plant upgrades and fit-out projects in conjunction with project managers as they arise;

  • Ensuring full H&S compliance in line with UK legislation;

  • Managing the work of outsourced suppliers including for security, cleaning, and M&E amongst others;

Our client is looking for an individual with a base of experience in managing multiple properties and large estates, and whilst commercial experience is desirable, it is not essential. An IOSH is essential and NEBOSH is desirable.

This is a role that requires a valid UK driver's license.
