Juice Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading accountancy firm in Bristol. We are looking for a Support Services Manager to lead and improve the business support functions. This is a key role, ensuring efficient services across the organisation and making a real impact on its performance.

Day to Day:

  • Manage and oversee the Support Services Team, ensuring projects and tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Work with senior management and different teams to provide effective support services.
  • Improve processes to boost efficiency and quality across the business.
  • Lead and mentor team members, helping them grow and perform their best.
  • Track and monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback to the team.
  • Build relationships with clients, helping to promote the company’s services.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Xero, IRIS).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
