Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established home shading company in South Bristol, seeking a dedicated and motivated Outbound Contact Centre Agent to join their Telesales team.
This is a full-time, office-based role located at their office in Bedminster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, decision-maker contacts, appointment bookings (quality and quantity), and visited appointments.
- Maintain awareness of individual performance versus KPIs and targets.
- Make outbound calls as instructed by Telesales Management and provide inbound phone cover as required.
- Ensure all allocated calls are completed within defined timeframes and adhere to the correct scripts, incorporating specific promotions.
- Book appointments following company policies and standards.
- Accurately and completely enter data into Call Centre Manager and Lead Manager systems.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales policies, scripts, and procedures.
- Support Telesales Management as needed, providing feedback and ideas to the management team.
You Will Need:
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work to deadlines and achieve targets.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and appointment scheduling.
- Flexibility to work weekends and outside standard office hours when required.
