An opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Sales Administrator to join our Farrington Gurney Depot. Full-time or Part-time will be considered.
Experience is preferred but full training can be given for the right candidate.
Part-time pay and holiday will be calculated pro-rata.
About the role:
- Outbound calls to current, lapsed and prospective customers with the view to retain business or to document reason for lost business
- Keeping marketing lists up to date (email and telephone)
- Building rapport to gain customer confidence and trust
- Quote customers
- Communicate trends internally
- Exceptional level of customer service
- Other administrative duties as and when required
About you:
- Outbound telephone experience (highly desirable)
- Good level of customer service
- Resilient
- Motivated
- Organised and able to manage own workload
- Good administrative skills
- IT literate
- Awareness of data protection principles
- Experience in a similar role (desirable)
