Telesales & Customer Service AdvisorMonday to Friday 9am – 5pm £11.75 per hour + £3k yearly bonus + Holiday + Benefits An opportunity has arisen to join the well-established sales team in BS5, Bristol. You will be working for market leading company that offers longevity alongside a competitive salary and monthly commission. Primarily you will be outbound calling existing customer accounts to collect orders for next day delivery. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service while focusing on maximising sales opportunities to develop and grow the business. You will also develop new business accounts while working closely with our field sales team. A flexible approach to workload is needed as this can fluctuate to accommodate absence or holiday throughout the team. The role is fast paced, varied & reactive. It would suit those who are able to work well as part of a team but also those confident & motivated when working alone. In addition to the above you will deal with customers face to face at our trade counter when required, you will also be expected to undertake a variety of administration tasks daily, including answering any incoming calls, raising credits and liaising with other departments.  This Position would suit any candidate with a background in customer service and/or Telesales. Sales experience is not essential; however, you should possess the desire to develop into a sales based role. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential for this role, as is the ability to manage your time effectively and work to daily time specific deadlines.
