What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the design and delivery of cutting-edge data solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing key business decisions.
- Driving solution architecture, project planning, and business development opportunities.
- Managing and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Contributing to thought leadership, internal initiatives, and best practice frameworks.
- Identifying new opportunities to expand the company's offerings.
- Representing the business at client meetings, industry events, and marketing initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Strong expertise in cloud analytics, data warehousing, and modern data architectures (Snowflake, Databricks, Matillion, Power BI, or similar).
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Consulting experience, with a track record of delivering successful, high-impact data projects.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide multiple teams or large-scale projects.
- A problem-solving mindset, balancing priorities and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Passion for innovation and best practices within data strategy.
