The salary for this position is up to 25,000 per annum.

- Salary: Up to 25,000 per annum
- Location: Bristol
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: 35 hours, Monday - Friday, working rotating shifts between 8:00am - 6:00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-12.30pm

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Underwriter:
- Providing exceptional service to customers by dealing with requests about customer policy, insurance renewals, and mid-term adjustments
- Interacting via live chat as well as through telephone calls
- Considering customers' requirements and developing long-lasting relationships by building rapport
- Actively responding to customers and going above and beyond to help them
- Working as part of a great team!
Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Underwriter:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Great communication skills with a friendly and approachable telephone manner
- Customer-focused, with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated but a great team player
- Ability to make rational and logical decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Determination to always achieve high quality, even when challenged and working under pressure
