Role Overview:This part-time role is pivotal in supporting the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across online, phone, and in-person channels. Responsibilities include lead management, compliance oversight, property promotion, and supporting the sales process while ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Sales Progressors
- Process online leads by reviewing and qualifying for the sales team.
- Serve as front-of-house coordinator, managing in-person inquiries and qualifying leads.
- Maintain and update applicant data while ensuring compliance within the CRM.
- Support new property onboarding in the CRM system.
- Coordinate office processes such as key and security management.
- Maintain front-of-house displays and general office appearance.
- Support buyers with inquiries, ensuring smooth sales progression.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, especially regarding compliance.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries across different channels.
- Background in property sales, marketing, or administration is a plus.
Package and Benefits:
- Salary: £25,000 OTE £26,000 Pro rata
- Annual Leave 25 days + Bank holidays pro rata
- Part time hours available across 3/4 or 5 days per week
