Are you passionate about cars and customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Driver Operative to join our client’s dynamic team based at Cribbs Causeway. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both vehicles and people, contributing to the smooth running of a thriving dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales and Service departments.
  • Maintain the forecourt, ensuring vehicles are displayed to a high standard.
  • Move cars around the site and to other locations as needed.
  • Assist in vehicle handovers to customers through the Aftersales department.
  • Perform collections and deliveries of vehicles, including travelling to other dealerships under the company’s umbrella.
  • Support team efforts to ensure all operations run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A full clean UK driving license
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and on your own.
  • Attention to detail and a good understanding of car handling.
