As part of the delivery team you will be the last point of contact with the customer and so you will need to have excellent communication skills, be of high presentation and act professionally at all times when representing our prestigious brand.

In this role you will work both independently and in a multiple person team to deliver a first class home or business delivery service. We expect our customers to receive a positive customer experience each and every time. You will always strive to exceed the customer expectations building on an already established and respected relationship.

Key Responsibilities
Full & Part Time roles available
  • Meet and where possible exceed customer expectations in the delivery and installation of their furniture.
  • Construct furniture items on-site or in customers homes as per our customer contract guidelines, removing waste packaging and returning it to the for appropriate waste disposal.
  • Ensure first class customer service is experienced at all times.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed and returned accurately at the end of each journey.
  • Report any discrepancies to the Head of Operations/Operations Manager as soon as they are identified.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication skills targeted at handling customers face to face and over the phone.
  • Exceptional time management, working to tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in assembling flat pack furniture.
  • Capability of working well under pressure.
  • Proven ability to exhibit great attention to detail.
  • A great team player.
Our office and warehouse is based in Portishead, Bristol (BS20) and the majority of our deliveries take place across the south, southwest, Wales and surrounding areas.

Due to the nature of the work heavy lifting is required.

This includes safely carrying and assembling furniture. It is therefore essential that the successful applicant is capable to carry out this nature of work.
