Join a well-established Vehicle Servicing, Leasing, and Hire Specialist based in Yate, Bristol. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fleet Administrator to support our busy team in managing vehicle fleets, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including vehicle leasing, servicing, and hire coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and service schedules.
  • Process customer bookings, manage contracts, and liaise with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Monitor fleet performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the vehicle leasing, servicing, or hire industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think on your feet and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
