Our client, a prestigious law firm has an exciting opportunity for an Early Careers Advisor to join their amazing team.

The role:

  • You will be supporting the growth and success of people through their journeys as; Trainee Solicitors, Apprentices or via CILEX.
  • Running the trainee recruitment and development process and ideally a solicitor apprenticeship scheme and CILEX
  • Developing and delivering training materials
  • Organising/facilitating law/career fairs and other early careers events.

Key skills/ experience:

  • Knowledge and experience of running the trainee recruitment and development process and ideally a solicitor apprenticeship scheme and CILEX
  • Experience in developing and delivering training materials, ideally within professional services
