?? Duties:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting to offer letters

  • Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers

  • Providing a first-class candidate experience

  • Working closely with our HR team and partners on recruitment strategy

  • Attending in-person interviews when needed (just the occasional trip into the office!)

  • Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house, legal sector)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Confident using recruitment platforms and managing applicant pipelines

  • Proactive, professional, and approachable - you're the friendly face of our hiring process

  • Comfortable working independently from home
